The urban art collection of Carballo is characterized by gathering in the same space works of the most leading and most famous artists of the national and international scene. And proof of this is that many of “our” creators cross borders and achieve wonderful landmarks imagining amazing murals. This is the case of the Galician artists Lula Goce, because she has just created in New York a work inspired by the well-known Spanish actress Blanca Suárez. The face of the interpreter covers the facade of a building of five plants in the town of New Rochelle, located to the north of Manhattan, in the state of New York.

Among all of them, we can find the piece of the muralist and street artist Lula Goce, who used the face of Blanca Suárez as inspiration. The work, carried out with colored sprays, occupies two of the side walls of a building, separated by an interior courtyard of red brick. On the right side, a woman looks at the floor with half-closed eyes and hair in a high bun, accompanied by a swan and several details of flowers and feathers in the background. A woman whose face is inspired by that of the actress, as the artist herself has explained in her social media. Blanca Suárez has shared several snapshots of the work mentioning the author, to whom she gave her consent to capture her image. The complete work also includes an owl that flies over a cloudy landscape from which several giant flowers emerge.
